• All ASEAN Ministers and ASEAN Secretary General will be given complimentary Executive Suites for 3 nights from the 17 th to 19 th September 2006 .
• All ASEAN TELSOM leaders will be given complimentary Deluxe E Club for 7 nights from the 13 th to 19 th September 2006.

VIP courtesies at the Brunei International Airport will be accorded to all Ministers and the Head of Delegation for TELSOM upon arrival and departure. To ensure that proper arrival/departure courtesies will be provided, any changes in the travel plans should be notified immediately to the meeting Secretariat.

All other delegates will use the normal arrival and departure gates of the airport terminal.

Transportation will be provided for all ASEAN Ministers and ASEAN Secretary General upon arrival at the Brunei International Airport and will be available during the meeting and official programmes.

Transportation for other delegates from the airport to the Empire Hotel and Country Club and back to the airport will be provided by the organizer. Delegates are advised to indicate the request for airport-hotel - airport transfer inside the registration form. If no request is made then delegates will arrange the transportation themselves.

One liaison officer will be assigned to each TELMIN Minister, TELSOM leaders and the ASEAN Secretary - General including head of Dialogue Partners during the whole duration of the meeting including visits and functions. They will be introduced to the Ministers at the airport VIP lounge.

Please arrive in good time at the airport terminal as this will ensure that your flight operates on schedule. To enable pre-flight formalities to be concluded, have your baggage screened and checked-in at Brunei International Airport at least one and a half hours before scheduled departure.

You are required to contact the airline reservation office or its appointed agent for reconfirmation of your outward or return flight at least 72 hours before its scheduled departure date. Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled.
