 BRUNEI is slated to have a technology fair that will be akin to tech expos in Singapore, organisers yesterday said.
The technology expo, dubbed TechXpo 2010, is slated at the International Convention Centre on Nov 4-7.
Infocom Federation Brunei (IFB) and Sunlit Advertising Sdn Bhd yesterday signed the deal to organise TechXpo 2010.

BIMP-EAGA boosts air and bus links

BIMP-EAGA, a sub-region covering Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, has plans to boost air and bus links between the countries.
The move is part of efforts to promote cross-border flow of goods and people in order to achieve the long-term vision of making the BIMP-EAGA region the "Food Basket" for Asean and the rest of Asia as well as a premier ecotourism destination. BIMP-EAGA stands for the Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines-East Asean Growth Area.
