SEAMEO VOCTECH International House organised an IC3 course for officers and staff of Ministry of Communications, which began Jan 25 until Feb 16, held at SEAMEO VOCTECH computer labs. Around 29 officers and staff from different departments under the Ministry of Communications are currently following the course.
The course is to equip the participants with the basic computing and Internet skills which are growing in importance in today's digital era and e-government.
